In a nutshell, I am a full stack web designer and developer with a particular interest in generating content and design that helps to create leads.
Some specific technologies I work with and like are,
- - PHP frameworks (Silverstripe and Wordpress) as well as
- - front-end technologies (HTML, CSS and jQuery javascript).
I enjoy finding projects where I can add value. Recently I have found the need for a design approach that increases lead generation.

Web Design:
I enjoy creating modern and usable designs that fit your business needs. Usually, these are custom builds. I also have a particular interest for UX especially around Lead Generation and Sales Funnels.
Here are some particular examples from my previous projects that I am proud of.
Paradise Ziplines:
Paradise Ziplines is a new tour operator in Queenstown, New Zealand.
I designed and built this site with the concept of a sales funnel in mind. I also knew that this site should be very image based. As such, I focussed the design on a home page which was impressive in terms of images but also was uncluttered and has obvious links to the smaller end of the funnel, ie the tour pages.
With these points in mind, I created an image slider on the home page, used an auto writer to display info without taking up too much real estate and provided obvious buttons to booking and tour pages.
I was very happy with the site and after being in the public eye for over a year now the sales funnel has proven itself to work well.
The site also gets a lot of contact form submissions as well related to bookings so the user experience is very practical as well.
CribCafe Riverton:
Crib Cafe is located in Riverton, New Zealand and has some seriously good food and coffee.
The design from the site was really fun to think about and implement as the owners have a great sense of style and are great personalities in their own right. This gave me a lot of free reign and ideas in terms of design.
The location map (Google Maps) has a custom style to it which sets it apart from the generic colour scheme and location pins of most Google Maps. The design was so funky and custom that I couldn't use a generic design for the map too.
Web Development:
Silverstripe allows you a great amount of flexibility in creating solutions for adding content in very particular and specific ways. This is useful and easy for clients to create whatever content they need.
Here are some particular examples from my previous projects where I created custom solutions for clients to editing content via Silverstripes highly rated CMS.

Hosting and Domain Names:
I am quite flexible with how I can work with hosting. I have my own hosting where I can keep your site or I can work with your existing hosting. If hosting with me then I can offer competitive monthly rates as well as free CDN (makes your site load time faster) and a free SSL certification.
I can also buy URLs for you.
